【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesastructureforinclusionofenvironmentalaspectsinstandardsforplasticsproducts.Itproposesanapproachwhichisdirectedatminimizinganyadverseenvironmentalimpactwithoutdetractingfromtheprimarypurposeofensuringadequatefitnessforuseoftheproductsunderconsideration.TheguidanceprovidedbythisInternationalStandardisintendedprimarilyforusebystandardswriters.Overandaboveitsprimarypurpose,however,thestandardprovidesguidanceofvaluetothoseinvolvedindesignworkandotheractivitieswhereenvironmentalaspectsofplasticsarebeingconsidered.NOTEThisInternationalStandardisintendedtopromotethefollowingpractices:a)theuseoftechniquesforidentifyingandassessingtheenvironmentalimpactoftechnicalprovisionsinstandards,andforminimizingtheiradverseeffects;b)theadoptionofgoodpracticessuchas:1)proceduresforpollutionavoidance,2)materialandenergyconservationinthelightoftheintendeduse(andforeseeablemisuse)oftheproduct,3)safeuseofhazardoussubstances,4)avoidanceoftechnicallyunjustifiablerestrictivepractices,5)promotionofperformancecriteriaratherthanexclusionclausessuchasarebased,forexample,onlyonchemicalcompositioncriteria;c)theadoptionofabalancedapproachinstandardsdevelopmenttoissuessuchasenvironmentalimpact,productfunctionandperformance,healthandsafety,andotherregulatoryrequirements;d)theregularreviewandrevisionofexistingstandardsinthelightoftechnicalinnovations,permittingimprovementintheenvironmentalimpactofproductsandprocesses;e)theapplicationoflifecycleanalyticalapproacheswhereverapplicableandtechnicallyjustifiable.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsfordeterminingthelossonheatingofcarbonblackforuseintherubberindustry.Thislossonheatingisdueprimarilytolossofmoisture,buttracesofothervolatilematerialsmayalsobelost.Thesemethodsarenotapplicabletotreatedcarbonblackswhichcontainaddedvolatilematerials.Oneofthefollowingthreemethodsisused:—method1:gravity-convectionovenmethod;—method2:moisturebalancemethod;—method3:infraredirradiationmethod(rapidmethod).Notethatmethod1isconsideredasthereferencemethod.Apparatusequivalenttothatspecifiedmaybeusedprovidedthesameresultsareobtained.
