【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverestablishmentofproceduresforconductingteststodeterminethemechanicalpropertiesofexternallyandinternallythreadedfasteners,washers,directtensionindicators,andrivets.1.2Propertyrequirementsandtheapplicabletestsfortheirdeterminationarespecifiedinindividualproductstandards.Inthoseinstanceswherethetestingrequirementsareuniqueoratvariancewiththesestandardprocedures,theproductstandardshallspecifythecontrollingtestingrequirements.1.3Thesetestmethodsdescribemechanicaltestsfordeterminingthefollowingproperties:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.AcompletemetriccompaniontoTestMethodsF606hasbeendeveloped-F606M;therefore,nometricequivalentsareshowninthesetestmethods.
