【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesastandardreferencetestmethodforthecomparativecharacterizationofpulse-jetcleanablefiltermedia,tobeusedinfilterelements(e.g.bagfilters,pocketfilters,cartridgefilters)appliedindrygascleaningunderstandardizedtestconditions.Themainpurposeoftestingistogaininformationaboutboththeoperationalperformanceandtheparticleemissionofcleanablefiltermedia.Itshouldbenotedthatwhileonetestapparatusandoperatingmethodhasbeenchosenanddescribedherein,itisrecognizedthatotherapparatusandoperatingarrangementscanbefoundacceptable.Inorderforacandidateapparatustobecomeanequivalentapparatus,acomparisonhastobeperformedwiththestandardreferenceapparatusaccordingtoaspecifiedprocedure(6.1).Thetestprocedure,thecharacteristicsoftherequiredtestfacility,andthetestconditions,aswellastheevaluationandpresentationoftheresults,arespecified.Theresultsobtainedfromthistestmethodarenotintendedforpredictionoftheabsoluteperformanceoffullscalefilterfacilities.However,theyarehelpfulfortheselectionanddevelopmentofappropriatecleanablefiltermediaandtheidentificationofsuitableoperatingparameters.AdditionaltaskssuchasverifyingfiltermediaconcerningPMemissions,theclassificationofdifferentmediaaccordingtotheirfiltrationperformanceorthecleanabilityanddurabilityoffilterelements(i.e.projectionofbaglifetime)canbeaddressedusingthetestmethodspecified.
