【摘要】:ThispartofISO9809specifiesminimumrequirementsforthematerial,design,constructionandworkmanship,manufacturingprocesses,andtestsatmanufactureofrefillablequenchedandtemperedseamlesssteelgascylindersofwatercapacitiesfrom0,5|uptoandincluding150|forcompressed,liquefiedanddissolvedgasesexposedtoextremeworldwideambienttemperatures(normallybetween-50℃and+65℃).ThispartofISO9809isapplicabletocylinderswithamaximumtensilestrengthRmofgreaterthanorequalto1100MPa.ItdoesnotcovercylinderswithRmmax.>1300MPafordiameters>140mmandguaranteedwallthicknesses(a')≥12mm,andRmmax.≥1400MPafordiameters≤140mmandguaranteedwallthicknesses(a')≥6mm,becausebeyondtheselimitsadditionalrequirementsmayapply.NOTE1Ifsodesired,cylindersofwatercapacitylessthan0,5|maybemanufacturedandcertifiedtothispartofISO9809.NOTE2Forquenchedandtemperedcylinderswithmaximumtensilestrengthlessthan1100MParefertoISO9809-1.FornormalizedsteelcylindersrefertoISO9809-3.NOTE3Gradesandstrengthrangesofsteelsusedforthesetypesofcylindersmaynotbecompatiblewithsomegasservices(see6.1.4)andoperationalconditions.
