【摘要】:ThispartofBS6221givesguidanceontheprocedurestobeadoptedinthereworkofsolderedsurfacemountedprintedboardassemblies.Itisapplicabletoactivitiesspecifictotheprocessesusedtomanufacturesolderedsurfacemountedassembliesonprintedboardsandtotherelevantpartsofresultingproducts.Thestandardisalsoapplicabletoactivitiesthatcanformpartoftheworkinassemblingmixedtechnologyproducts.Theguidancegiveninthestandardonreworkactivitiesisalsoapplicabletorepair.ThispartofBS6221alsocontainsguidanceondesignmatterswheretheyhaverelevancetorework.NOTETypicalin-processsurfacemountreworkactivitiestowhichthisstandardappliesareshowninFigure1.
