【摘要】:ThisOutlinecoversequipmentintendedtorecoveroneormorespecificrefrigerantsotherthanR12orR134afromautomotiveair-conditioningsystems,ThevariousrefrigerantsaretobeEPASNAP-acceptedautomotiverefrigerants.Therecoveredrefrigerant(s)istobeprocessedtoasingleormultiplestoragecontainers.Therecoveredrefrigerantshallbereturnedtoarefrigerantreclamationfacilitythatwillprocessittonewproductspecificationsordestroyit.Therefrigerantremovedfromanautomotiveair-conditioningsystemwiththisequipmentshallnotbedirectlyreturnedtoanautomotiveair-conditioningsystem.ThisOutlinecoversequipmentusedtoserviceautomobiles,lighttrucks,andothervehicleswithsimilarair-conditioningsystems.Theequipmentshallbesuitableforuseinanautomotiveservicegarageenvironment.Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisOutline,andthatinvolvesariskoffire,electricshock,orinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingtheappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstodeterminethatthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisOutlineismaintained.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisOutlineshallnetbejudgedtocomplywiththisOutline.Whereappropriate,revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisOutline.
